NICE TO MEET YOU

I’m Stephanie

I believe in the power of healing within an accepting and affirming therapeutic relationship. As a client-centered therapist, I lead with empathy and enjoy working with teens and adults who are seeking to gain a stronger sense of self as they navigate a complex and constantly changing world. I provide a safe and supportive environment with clients who are interested in "doing the work" in order to connect with their authentic selves and show up wholeheartedly in life.

My Professional Background

I have experience treating a variety of mental health challenges; that include social anxiety, addiction, depressive disorders, problematic gambling behaviors, life transitions and post traumatic stress disorder. Through my work in community mental health, I have understanding and experience supporting individuals navigating re-entering the community from confinement. My extensive training and experience supporting individuals struggling with substance abuse and gambling disorders has given me a foundation to also treat their loved ones and family members who are in need of mental health therapy.
